Timings of the day
Nursery Children can attend different sessions between the hours of 7.30am and 6.00pm
Reception 8.35am - 3.10pm
Year 1 & 2 8.35am - 3.15pm
Year 3 & 4 8.35pm - 3.15pm
Year 5 & 6 8.35am - 3.20pm
On site wrap around care for children in Reception to Year 6 operates from 7.30am to 8.35am and from 3.10pm to 6.00pm every day.
8.45am Registration
10.00am Collective Worship (except on a Friday when we have Celebration assembly at the end of the day)
10.20am Staggered mid-morning break of 15 minutes (our younger children also have a 15 minute break in the afternoon)
Lunch break starts at 11.45 for our youngest EYFS children and 12.10 for Years 1 to 6. Hot school meals are cooked on the premises. These may be ordered online. Alternatively, children may bring a healthy packed lunch.
The end of the school day is staggered to allow children to leave calmly. Years 5&6 are the final phase to finish at 3.20pm and teachers are on duty to ensure that the children are placed into the care of the collecting adult.
Daily timings mean that each week, Reception have 32.1 hours, Years 1 to 4 have 32.5 hours and Years 5 and 6 have 32.9 hours in school.
