School Uniform

Children should wear school uniform to school every day.

Uniform is available from “Classroom Clothing” opposite the school and our online supplier www.yourschooluniform.com .

Children should look neat and tidy. Please tie long hair back. (Please dress your child in items of clothing that they can manage on their own e.g. if they cannot tie laces please do not buy lacing shoes.) *Please name EVERYTHING !

Winter uniform:

Royal blue sweatshirt or cardigan with school logo (the school hoody is for sport only)

Grey skirt, pinafore dress or grey trousers

White polo shirt with school logo

Black school shoes or black trainers with no coloured logo

White/grey socks/tights Grey/black socks

School bobble hats are available; they are excellent value for money and will keep both you and your child’s heads cosy in the colder months.

Summer uniform:

Blue and white checked dress or grey trousers or shorts

Black shoes or black trainers with no coloured logo

White polo shirt with school logo

White/Grey/black socks

Other items:

If earrings are worn, studs only

Long hair to be tied back

Plain black or blue hairbands/alice bands

No makeup, nail varnish or nail accessories

PE Uniform

Except for children in Early Years, PE kit should be worn instead of school uniform on PE days.

Plain blue or black shorts or leggings

House coloured t-shirt (Bayham - red, Scotney - yellow, Bewl - blue, Bedgebury - green)

For PE in colder weather a school tracksuit is available to buy. Alternatively, a school jumper, school cardigan, school fleece, or a navy blue school hoody can be worn - no other items are allowed. Please note that school hoody's must only be worn for PE, not at other times, and they must be the school logo'd version rather than a plain blue hoody.

Children have found school bobble hats extremely useful in colder weather.
